New homes show-off new trends in bathroom design

Bathroom_web
Are you one of those personalities who has a consistent morning routine that seldom varies? Do you get in your morning workout, watch the news, and finish a cup of coffee before anyone else gets up? And albeit functional, does your bathroom and closet shout, “Close the door!” before company arrives? Like many goal-oriented people, prioritizing little luxuries for yourself does not come naturally. But perhaps it should. In no place is this notion more evident than in the latest trends for bathroom design in new homes. Just a few thoughtful details and the right materials can transform this practical space into one that speaks to the overachieving, inner goddess in all of us.

Tahoe Homes has perfected the bathroom balance of beauty and function, as seen in their new model home at 3979 Sugar Tree in SpurWing Greens. This master bath is tucked away at the back of the home and has the most amazing Quartz countertops that seem to go on forever. A separate Quartz vanity with a mirror is very “Audrey Hepburn,” while large mirrors face each other and elongated floor tiles en masse all work together to create a spa-like feel. The floor-to-ceiling tile in the totally enclosed shower has a full size bench – if you just want to sit a minute to contemplate the day ahead. Be sure to step lively into the walk-in closet, which feels like a runway with a corridor of hanging bars and shelving. Everyone feels like a model in this surprisingly large space! And in today’s housing, where sheer size is decreasing in importance, it still matters when it comes to the closet, as you can’t overstate the value of storage.

Best of all, this sumptuous bath is currently decorated (along with the rest of the home!) and is move-in ready! Priced at $359,900, with A $10,000 incentive through September. For more details, contact Will Dilmore at 208.867.1622 c. or wdilmore@fiberpipe.net

New Construction comes to a close at The Orchards

fall_postpage_post

With the close of the 94th and final new construction condo at The Orchards at Cloverdale, we hosted a special coffee to celebrate. Over the course of seven years, this neighborhood had its share of construction delays, but a prevailing spirit of community maintained the momentum and long lasting appeal. Over 60 homeowners attended the special gathering at the clubhouse. Fresh fruit, several fruit dips, coffee cake, and warm and cold beverages were served, while fresh flowers highlighted by red and green apples decorated the tables.

The event was designed with an apple theme in honor of The Orchards brand.

Since Will was involved with 88 of the 94 homeowner purchases, either directly or indirectly, he had the pleasure of getting to know many residents on a personal level. It was gratifying to have a chance to see everyone and say thank you for the unwavering patience and support. What an amazing community of people!
