Moving into the fall months, the Boise market eased up a bit, though still strong. There were 2,171 Active Residential Listings in September. The Median Price has been straddling the $240,000 – $253,000 range for the past four months. If you’re looking at new construction activity, the median price for September was $311,500. ACAR Housing Stats for November 2015
As expected, November sales reflected a slow down in the market, as many focus on spending time with their friends and families of year. ACAR reported 621 homes sold in November compared to 779 homes sold in October. The Median Price increased by $10,000 though, at $240,300. This is largely due to new construction sales driving that price up. Overall, the market remains stronger than 2014 figures, with 549 homes sold in November 2014 and with a Median Price of $210,00. Good news if you are planning on selling in the near future!
